Within a year our online sales exceeded twenty times the turnover of the shop and so we decided to close that side of the business. Werented warehouse space, with the dream of owning our own location. Multiple moves later,we purchaseda 47,000 sq. ft warehouse with plans to expand further. Theconsistent growth and development of the company didn’t go unnoticed by the industry, and we were nominated at the 2018 Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway 50 Fastest Growing Companies Awards. Maqio Ltd placed in the top three for the Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Manchester Small Business category. As a premier toy seller, our collection of premium and best-selling toys and games are offered at competitive prices. It was amazing :) I ordered the 3 in 1 lego of the birdhouse. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you. Super fun to build and go between the different versions. Ended on the birdhouse as we love birds :) No issues.

Bought a nerf gun for my sons christmas present. When opening it, there was a scope that rotated freely. In the weeks following, we had a friend over who stated that the gun should have come with another bit to hold the scope in place - basically the gun had been delivered incomplete. I emailed customer service who did not offer me a refund and offered me 20% off. This is not in line with my rights as the item was delivered incomplete and not as described. Unfortunately it seems common sense will not prevail here and the team have little appreciation of the rights of their consumers. In the process of filing a small claim. A shame to have to resort to such a heavy handed approach but the law is black and white.
Update - I received the response below but the last email I got stated ‘unfortunately we are unable to provide a full refund as it is after 30 days since purchase’. I then followed this up with a notice of claim letter outlining clearly my consumer rights. I’d be wary of dealing with this company as clearly you have to be prepared to litigate to exercise even the most basic consumer rights. As far as I am aware they are not in the process of resolving it. The last I heard was the email I quoted, a further misrepresentation.
