Responded very quickly to my query over missing window bits and all solved as soon as was possible.
RW4Y has eneacted the order so far perfectly. The only comment one can make is that the transport company did not as they had said phone or text with a time slot unlike every other transport company whom can give you a 1 or 2 hour window. Luckily we were available at time it arrived.

A 40 day delivery!!
Having ordered the replacement seals at the end of January they finally arrived 40 days later and not within the 20 days originally quoted which was disappointing.

Prompt delivery of glass
Very quick delivery of replacement double glazed unit for roof window. I wish Fakro had a better system for finding fitting contractors though. I really struggled to find anyone who would be willing to fit the glass to an existing window. Eventually found someone on the Velux approved contractor list.
