Rebecca was so very good and knew her stock and sizes really well. I wanted a sun proof top and wasn’t sure whether a suitable one was in store. Rebecca found 2 and I chose 1 to buy. I tried it on at home and it was perfect - fit, style and colours. Outstanding customer service and great care taken. Thank you so much! Everything is really appreciated.
Having purchased a T shirt whilst on holiday, I realised on my return home the larger size would have been a better choice. The web site gave clear instructions about the return and exchange and the item was picked up from my door. A new larger sized shirt soon arrived. All in all good service.
Very friendly shop.The 2 shop assistants were amazing.I visited the shop to purchase a harness for my dog and they were accommodating kind and made a real fuss of my dog.Nothing was too much trouble.
Had a jacket for a Christmas present. Was too big, took it in to Cannock Outlet. Sadly they did not have the same jacket so gave a refund via a gift card - excellent service. I wrote to customer care to see if a jacket in my size was anywhere else in the country as not available in my size on line. Pheobe from Customer care, wrote back saying she had located one for me. I contacted her by phone, she took the payment from my gift card and sent it via Royal Mail for me. I recieved it with in a couple of days. Didn't even charge me for delievery - which I was happy to pay.
Also said again if does not fit I can take it back to Cannock for a refund to my gift card.
Really impressed with the service from the shop staff in Cannock to Pheobe in Customer care. I will certainly shop with Saltrock clothing again........Thank you.
