Our annual trip is fast approaching (May 7th)…
Our trip is fast approaching (May 7th) and we are looking forward to making new memories! This will be our 4th time choosing Top Villa and each year, look forward to the preceding year. Our rep is Enya Disney who is absolutely -FAB!! She has provided so many suggestions/information from restaurants to activities outside of the norm for a much mature guest 60++ group. Enya is a stellar, knowledgeable, amazing young Lady and expedient when we raise questions, even explained some scenarios we had never experience in previous years, that wasn't so favorable regarding elevator and firepit not being available, in the current home we selected as the description sort of given conflicting language "on-request -vs-only for homeowners use" Overall, my experience with Enya has been EXCEPTIONAL!

Mistakes happen, but they made it right.
I typically do not leave reviews. My initial experience with this company was good during the booking process. There were a few issues with our reservation upon arrival at our vacation rental. I am pleased with the support I received in their effort to make it right and in the end would book again. The house was beautiful and very clean.

House was filthy
House was filthy! Door was not functional on patio area. There was refrigerator that didn't work properly. Food safety issue. A TV that didn't work. Carpet was disgusting and needed to be deep cleaned, or replaced. Our complaints were mostly ignored and not resolved. Top Villas will never get one penny of our business in the future! Stay as far away from them as you can! Top Villas claims that they resolved the issues within 24 hours. They resolved some of the minor issues but never fixed the refrigerator, the door, the broken TV,
or the filthy carpet. Don’t believe them!

Absolutely disgusting treatment
Absolutely disgusting treatment. They have cancelled our villa for a second time- this time 7 weeks out. Interestingly the villa we booked the first time has never actually left the website - they just upped the prices and cancelled us. You pay a deposit which protects them but gives you absolutely nothing. Do not book with top Villas
