Brilliant service from Louise. I called because I didn’t realise my husband didn’t like cutaway collars and I’d bought 4 and needed to return them. From start to finish Louise was courteous, efficient, very pleasant and resolved the issue in a few minutes. I dread making calls like this, but Louise has restored my faith in Customer Service! Very well done.

I'm sorry to hear that the price you paid has soured the quality of the items you ordered.
I'm afraid that we do not provide discount codes on request or give you a better one if you ask for it. Discounts are known as special offers for a reason and not labeled as "regular price".
If this were the case, we would never be able to discount our products as they would already be at the lowest price at all times. I'm afraid little to no business' operate in this manner and we are no different.
Though offers have limited uses per account, if this limit has not been reached we can always provide a non refundable credit for the difference for you to use on a future order.
Of course, you're welcome to check online for any offers that may be active before placing your order. If you're signed up to our mailing lists and check our social media, you'll find plenty of offers being made available.
I ordered a size 15" in a slim fit, and the shirt I got had massive armholes, and the sleeves are sewn diagonally, not horizontally. The arm movement is consequently very limited. A competitor's shirt of the exact same size and fit had the correct size of armholes and sleeves and fit me excellently. The competitor will not be named because they ruined my order in a different way. CT is only popular because it's cheap, but it's an awful fit for slim people. I tried both the 15" and the 15.5" in extra-slim-fit, and both were terrible. Jermyn St. feels like a scam these days!!

In this case, when I called up they apologised, got on to it right away and arranged delivery to my home address at no cost to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better response.

I purchased items during a sale, but instead of fulfilling my order, they canceled it without warning and refused to honor the sale price. If they can’t stand by their discounts, why offer them in the first place?
Customer service was completely useless, providing no real explanation or solution. I was just left with a canceled order and the option to buy the same items at a higher price. This feels like a scammy bait-and-switch tactic. Avoid this site at all costs!

The offer you had ordered under was incorrectly applying the 50% discount to our Multi-Buy prices, which it should not have done.
The shirts were supposed to be £32.50 each, so unfortunately, we had to withdraw the offer and cancel orders that had been placed under this offer. We do reserve the right to do this when there has been an obvious error. Nonetheless we acknowledge the disappointment caused and appreciate your feedback that an explanation of the cancellation being sent prior to or alongside the cancellation would have slightly diminished the disappointment you have described.
The offer has now been rectified, reducing each shirt to £32.50 for a maximum of 5 shirts, which we would be more than happy to use to place another order, if you call our customer service team on 0344 482 4000. We have also made a request for your order details through Trustpilot, so we can access your account. Please rest assured the response to this request is not publicly posted but just to allow us to locate you on our system, allowing us to follow up with you directly via call and email.

In the spring and summer of 2024, I updated my collection of shirts. Charles Tyrwhitt was the firm I went to. I ordered online, and every aspect of the ordering process was easy. The website is well put together, with plenty of information about products and good images of them. The shirts themselves are of the highest quality, made with meticulous attention to detail. They’re stylish, comfortable and a delight to wear. I’ll definitely be going back to Tyrwhitt’s in the future.

Hands down best customer support ever I'm very happy with CT. I ordered 4 shirts for my husband and unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I emailed the support and they were the most responsive support ever. Literally, replied the same day at night, and we had a big back-and-forth communication to help me decide on the correct size. I recently received my order, and unfortunately, a few items were the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was informed that there’s no way to exchange items or adjust sizes within the same order.
To reorder the correct sizes, I was told I’d need to place a new order at full price, losing the original discount that applied when I bought the items as a set.

Hi Andreas and thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're certainly very sorry that not all aspects of your order were perfect in terms of sizing etc.
Regrettably, it is indeed the case that for orders placed through our International website, we cannot provide replacements or exchanges. That is solely a restriction on that specific order-type, due to the different way in which they are processed. They go through a third-party to facilitate international delivery, so that is the restriction.
As you have been advised, the only option if items need to be changed is to return them for a refund and re-purchase. We appreciate that isn't ideal, but unfortunately it is the only option in this particular situation.
We can provide a 30% discount on your new order, using code 'SAVE30'. We will also refund any delivery costs incurred when making it. Just let our Customer Service Team know the new order number and they'll take care of it.
I ordered some CT shirts on the recommendation that they’re good quality - but not only have all the sizings been mismatch between shirts of supposedly the same size, I’ve just had a button rip through the shirt when taking it off on only the second wear. A bit of a disappointment unfortunately as the fabric does feel nice, even if it isn’t durable.
