I caught them lying telling me that they did not receive a redemption notice on a certain date but i did I have the email to prove it. Your right they used to be a good company.

I received a letter asking me to complete an online survey on behalf of the government. The survey was quite long, it was about technology. They offered a £10 gift voucher in return. They took some personal information too ( but quite general such as what sector I work in etc). I have not received the voucher yet and wonder if this is a scam.

I was extremely unwell with a kidney infection, running a high temperature, experiencing body chills, and on antibiotics when I received an unsolicited call from IPSOS around 8:40 PM. In my distre
ss, I ignored the call, but the sheer audacity of contacting people at such an unreasonable hour is beyond unprofessional.

Even in developing countries, business research calls typically do not extend beyond 6 PM, yet IPSOS seems to have no regard for basic professional courtesy, let alone respect for people’s well-being. Their intrusive approach is unacceptable—stay away from them and ignore their calls so they are forced to learn and respect proper business hours in the UK!

Harassing me to fill out a university survey.

I've been receiving constant emails, texts, and phone calls from this company urging me to fill out a survey since I finished university last year. The survey is far too long and asks for qualitative answers, and the time spent filling it out isn't worth a £5 gift voucher - especially given I don't have any useful feedback to provide.

Despite their claims to the contrary, their emails don't contain an opt-out link, and I'm not going out of my way to waste time on the phone to these chancers.

Don’t waste your time doing surveys

Don’t waste your time doing surveys. I tried to redeems £10 voucher on Amazon it was not recognised. I asked why in their chat and they accused me of not being on their system after confirming my basic details. It’s a scam that advertised on Indeed website. Avoid.

Even if this company followed through…

Even if this company followed through with their payments (which seems unlikely), they pay about $.05 per survey, and that is a very high estimate. They start out seeming to pay about $1/survey, but that significantly declines. Don't waste your time...

Stay away from Ipsis/sassie mystery shopping!…

I do mystery shopping for nine different mystery shopping companies. This is, by far, the worst. Their instructions seem to be straightforward and no matter how absolutely correct my answers are, they always find something to mark down. It is extremely frustrating especially when the other mystery companies routinely give me the highest grade possible. It’s just not feasible that I could do an excellent job for 8 companies and yet Ipsos can find something wrong with the easiest mystery shop available. I have stopped doing mystery shops for them for that very reason.

Got 500 points and tried to redeem them. Nothing. No response emails either and I guess they don't even bother trying to defend themselves here either. Hey piggy has been good. Almost instant payouts and there are a decent amount of surveys

The case of the disappearing rewards!

Increasingly poor technical performance towards the end of surveys; and now, after finally accumulating some points, have found they no longer have most of the rewards available - only donations to charity (low points and I would rather do with $ and get tax benefit) and highest value (which at the current rate of earning will take another 3-4 months!
When I wrote to check, was told the previously available rewards were currently "out of stock" but would eventually be back in stock.
It has been ages now.
They are digital rewards - if you cannot afford the rewards, don't take people's time. If you are struggling with replenishment of digital product - you have a business model problem.
Or - you are just misleading :-(
***UPDATE @10th Feb = all rewards (non-charity) have disappeared completely... rendering the original agreement and offers redundant. don't waste your time.

Completely trash and are never ever…

Completely trash and are never ever ever ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, any surveys! I uninstalled it and cleared my caches and every time I check my storage and clear my caches it keeps popping up even though it's uninstalled from my cell!

The worst survey app ever because there aren't any surveys!

If by chance you do take/get one or two surveys bc you're new, that's all you'll ever get & then POOF, NOTHING!

IPSOS doesn't honor their customers..

This used to be my go to site for a range of good studies...but the last 3 or 4 that I have completed I haven't been paid for. I've sent numerous emails to support but they have done nothing for me. It's a shame that these companies just use you until your no longer useful or until they owe you and then they just forget you. Normally I would have highly recommended this group, now I can only advise against counting on them to be any different then the rest of the scams.
