My experience was great as I have quite unusual winter tyres and needed just one to match the rest of my set. Wheelbase had the only one in UK without having to wait for one to be sent from Germany. It was dispatched and sent to me within a couple of days which enabled me to drive in France and be there for Christmas.

I have purchased several sets of alloy wheels and tyres over the years from wheelbase and they always exceed my expectations.
Great quality alloys which arrive fast and packed to protect from damage.
I would never consider purchasing from anywhere else, they are the best.

Great set of wheels and tyres for my ford fiesta st, arrived on time, each wheel balanced and set up ready for fitting, first class service, they will even supply a spare wheel matching the four main wheels which othe suppliers don’t.price was right and will definitely use them again if I ever need a new set

Bought a package wheel and tyre on wheelbase. Called them and asked for a recommendation. Damian was so professional dealing with a customer with a little knowledge on the product that i'm purchasing helped me out on choosing best size tyre for my alloy wheels. The product delivered very quick and in a ver safe packaging. Will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you very much.

The ordering process was very easy and without faff. The wheels and tyres are perfect and at a reasonable price. What irritated me is that my first email from the company said, as did the customer service man, that the wheels and tyres would be with me within a couple of days. It actually took 9 days to arrive and at no time did anyone try and ring to apologise. Still to fit as the weather turned snowy and I haven't been out yet!

Great service, ordered a set of wheels and tyres. Amazing level of order status updates during order fulfilment, even better than Amazon! Wheels and tyres came well protected and fitted the XC90 perfectly. The icing on the cake was the set of included black wheel bolts which look great on the black wheels.

Amazing company.. To be honest probably the best customer service iv ever received.. They are very accurate when ot come to wheel fitment to my audi rs3.. Updates by texts telling you what stage your new wheels are at. Arrived within a week and fitted all new tyres. Very happy

I ordered a complete alloy wheel and winter tyre package from Wheelbase and couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Once ordered, I got at least 3 automated updates as the wheels left the German supplier, arrived in the UK, were fitted with tyres and in transit to my house. And they arrived before the estimated delivery date. After a previous bad experience with a European supplier, I can't recommend Wheelbase highly enough!

Goodyear winter tyre and Platin alloy wheel set ordered. Needed TPMS and these were added to order over phone. Not able to do this online. Short delay while wheels were shipped from Germany but kept fully informed of progress. Wheels arrived on delivery date. Fitted to car with no problems. Second time I have ordered from this company and would recommend them.

3rd time ordering from Wheelbase over the past decade or so and have always been great wheels, with very helpful staff over the phone. An easy to use website. Any questions I have had have been easily answered. They were able to reference a previous order made many years back to determine a current requirement for a change in car. That's very professional. This time I ordered alloys with winter tyres pre-fitted and very glad to have got it all done under one roof. Always confident everything will fit fine when dealing with this company. After ordering the wheels & winter tyres I required, I was regularly informed of the progress of the status of my order. They also identified that my wife's car had TPMS sensors and asked if I required them installed. For an additional cost I agreed as I felt that this was good value. Delivery was well organised and arrived as specified. After the wheels/tyres were installed the TPMS latched onto the car straight away, even before I had left the drive. Really great service.
