Tracy in Woodies Waterford is fantastic . On two occasions now she has given fantastic service to myself and my 86 year old Mam . Nothing is too much trouble and Tracy goes above and beyond to assist . As a retail manager myself I would have Tracy working for me any day as the excellent consistent customer service she offers is second to none !

Where do I begin. Your stock availability on the website is inaccurate. Went to 2 stores that showed availability of a product and when I got there, there was no stock. Ordered online on Saturday, still waiting for delivery on Friday. The item is just going to Dublin from Dublin. Meanwhile, I got documents delivered to me from the USA on Monday evening (Irish time) and they arrived in Dublin on Thursday lunch time (Irish time). Woodies can't even manage a delivery in the same county. Told the customer rep. of the issue with the stock availability on their site, days later the issue has not been resolved. It's little wonder Woodies is losing profits. They have no chance the way they operate. Also, I bought the same product from a tiny store in Cork on Wednesday night (online) and on Friday I received a courier notification that product will be delivered that day. Woodies, cop on!!

Terrible customer service in Limerick at the checkouts this afternoon. One girl at the ‘service help desk’ couldn’t have been more unhelpful. And another at the till left me standing waiting while she counted money and gave out to another worker. One gentleman on the floor was very helpful in the decorating section.

They won’t answer the phone on any line!
Line 2, 3, 5 all departments ring out and no body answers ??
I’ve left it 20 mins since the last time I’ve called and I called again to only get the same no answer..
I’m trying to place an Order for a K4 Power Washer which is obviously a decent sale for any Tuesday afternoon customer.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere given the lack in customer service, when your website says your open you should be open to take a call.. just unacceptable from the likes of a Business such as Woodies

Dreadful customer service. No one available to help when I asked at customer service desk the person told me I'd have to wait awhile as they are short staffed. We left without purchasing what we needed and went to B&Q. Customer service is 100% there. Got the advice we needed and made a purchase. Great store. Great stock and lovely friendly staff.

I don’t want to use up any more of my time venting my frustration at this awful service at Airside Swords. Several items bought online, no confirmation email, no collection email. Blatant disregard for same after calling to the store and being met with contemptuous customer service staff. They have zero desire or commitment to streamlining an online shopping experience. The most expensive of all the DIY stores available and the worst run with the most ill trained staff. At the end of the day the buck stops with the management. Use B&Q/Screwfix/Other to avoid tearing your hair out.

Never got womans name on till at costumers service in Airside today tues 19th Nov. She went above & beyond to help us with paint colours & advise us on how to get best result with what we were looking for. She's a credit to her job....the only way I can describe her is very pleasant with glasses & dark with a tight ponytail🥺

Great customer service provided by Noel and Conor at the Woodies Blanchardstown Retail park branch. Though I'd dearly like to be I'm as far from a DIY expert as you can get and both Noel and Conor were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in helping me find and select the products I needed. Bravo Woodies and I hope you have an Employee Rewards program in place to recognize the excellent customer service provided by staff like Noel and Conor. I'll be back!

In Kilkenny for some reason you have staff on who don't know how to blow up helium balloons. We have a very disappointed 3 year old who's birthday it is today...

Lost my delivery and are straight up refusing to answer me. The kitchen design team were fantastic and have helped as much as they can but whatever is going on in their warehouse I have no idea. I got some excuse about a driver "disappearing" so my delivery would be delayed. Now my kitchen has been fitted with no sink and no one on Woodies end will now answer me and my point of contact now hangs up the phone when my name comes up. Stay well away from this unprofessional company to avoid headaches.

Was in Dundalk Store yesterday had queries re roller paint brush & stapler.
I met two exceptional members of staff Ciara & Louise.
They sorted out my difficulties with such patience & kindness. Also their product knowledge excellent.

Bought patio furniture eight weeks ago we’re putting it away for the winter realized it was rusting from the inside brought the attention to Woody’s not interested. Couldn’t get the girl to say that it was not for purpose, even though it’s outdoor patio furniture she’s saying that you have to cover it in the rain. What kind of patio floor do you have to cover in the rain? Won’t be buying Woody anymore.

Bought 2 packs of Dosco 24 pack wooden pegs at total price €9.98 at Woodies Airside. Subsequently found the same 2 packs at a total price of €4.38 in my local supervalu. Woodies a total rip off on this occasion. No satisfaction at customer service either. Generic email reply, could care less about previously loyal customer.

Was in Drogheda branch yesterday to buy your great value garden storage box and met a young man called Leo. I have to say he was the most pleasant and helpful assistant one could hope to find. Recognizing that we might have some difficulty getting the item and then getting it to the car he cheerfully volunteered to help us with both tasks and that was without us asking. It is so refreshing to get service like this which incidentally was followed up by the lady at checkout called Sandra F. Without a doubt we will be back.

An absolute shambles of a company!
Ordered online via their associated supplier Woodies DIY Party Zone and looks like I have been scammed by them. No sign of my order. They sent through tracking info for a courier who I went and contacted directly. They have not received the package either so the tracking is a load of baloney. Do not waste your money by ordering through these scammers!

Hugely impressed with the advice and help we received this weekend from Jade in Woodies Waterford Garden Centre. A horticultural student, her background, knowledge and advice was fantastic- nothing was too much trouble! Great selection of plants and great offers on ornamental trees and some shrubs. Highly recommend a visit !! Thanks to Woodies and Jade we purchased a lovely selection of trees and will back soon for more plants.
