Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, our processing time may increase to 5 working days during busy periods (BFCM, Christmas, New Year)

Domestic Shipping

All domestic shipments are sent using DPD. This allows for a 1 hour time slot for delivery for all customers. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit when the shipping address has been altered by the buyer in the DPD app, or if it has been marked to be left at a safe place. 

All domestic shipments are sent on an Express service which is 1-2 working days. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on all retail and wholesale orders. Popular couriers include UPS, DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and FedEx. 

We will draft commercial invoices in line with your countries import requirements including all relevant documentation. In some cases, customs may reach out to you and request more information on an order. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. UNBND Blanks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event shipments are returned to UNBND Blanks due to the following; 

- Non-payment of import duties and taxes

- Delivery address being incorrectly filled out 

- Delivery address being unaccessible by a courier

- No communication from the customer to the courier, or customs upon request of more information

UNBND Blanks reserves the right to pass any associated fees, charges and taxes onto the customer for return of these goods and any fees for movement of goods thereafter. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
