USPS and UPS are experiencing higher than normal shipping volumes. Because of this, both carriers have suspended their shipping guarantee program. Please anticipate a 3-7 business day delay on top of your normal delivery window (depending on delivery location). Please call us at 808-839-5258 with any questions.
Orders are typically mailed out in 1-2 Business Days. Business days excludes Saturday, Sunday, and State or Federal Holidays. Orders during our "Sale Events" and during the "Holiday Season" may take a little longer to process and ship orders due to high volume. We ship the order in the order they are received. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you prior to processing your order. We are unable to guarantee the delivery date of our shipping partners. If you select Oahu delivery, we may elect to ship your package though USPS or UPS if it will reduce the delivery time.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping may be shipped on USPS, UPS, or Delivered. Wholesale Unlimited will decide which shipping method is best for your location. Please note that Standard Flat Rate Shipping may take longer to process depending on order volume. For expedited processing or to choose your preferred shipping method, please choose one of our expedited USPS or UPS shipping options. Please note that Standard flat rate shipping excludes shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/PS address.
Cookies are mailed out at the purchaser’s own risk. We pack the cookies as best we can, however there are times the cookies might be damaged by postal service handling.
If we ship out the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item at our own expense. We may ask the purchaser to send back the incorrect item at our expense.
If the customer orders the wrong item, we will exchange the product but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of our product within 30 days of receiving the package, we will either replace the item or give them a credit on their next shipment.
Personal checks are not accepted in our online store at this time. If you would like to pay by personal check, please contact us at 1-(800)-820-SNAX (7629) to place your order. Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Blue Box Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Unless the return is due to our mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
