You will need the following items for this spell: 

• Bath tub
• 1 cup Himalayan Salt (you can use Sea Salt if you could not find where to purchase the Himalayan Salt)
• ¼ cup of sea weeds (optional)
• a pinch of sea scented shower gel for bubbles (for fun - optional)
• 2 white candles
• 1 bath sponge
• Soothing music
• 1 bottle of mineral water
• New Moon Tea
• 1 jasmine incense stick

New moons symbolize rebirth, creation, and new beginnings. The day of the new moon is an opportune time to turn inward, clear false perceptions, and tap into our inner knowing and feeling. During this time the moon is dark, receptive and full of potential

Fill the bath tub with hot water poor in the sea scented shower gel if you want to. After filling the bath tub, light the 2 white candles and place them close to your bath tub or at the bath tub’s foot. Poor the salt and the sea weeds in.

Play some soothing music on or leave a window open if you live by a forest or near Nature, so you can ear the sounds of Nature. Before entering the tub and while you’re waiting for the salt to dissolve, dry brush yourself with a sponge to pre-cleanse your skin. Chant a prayer or a blessing while entering the bath tub.

Drink water from your bottle during the bath to help your body release toxins.

Bathe for as long as you want and use that time to dream and envision what you want to manifest during the next 28 days. Think of a wish and chant something like this:

“Gracious Lady of the New Moon, mother of love and light, grant my wish. Fulfill my dreams. Smile on me tonight.”

Blow out the two candles while thinking of your wish and exit the bath tub. After exiting the tub, DON’T towel or put creams or oils on and allow your skin to air dry naturally. Whenever you feel your skin is dry put on a robe or some comfortable clothes and prepare the a New Moon tea . Sit on a chair near a window or a place where you can watch the night sky and light a jasmine incense stick and just rest for a little more while drinking your tea.

New moon tea recipe

A great tea to calm and nourish (use organic stuff only).

• 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
• 1 tablespoon of raspberry leaves
• 1 tablespoon of chamomile
