Wrong IDs in WD by bot

[edit]
  1. "Georg von Bradke (Q15064673)" != Brasche, Adolf Wilhelm Nikolai https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q15064673&diff=966356191&oldid=962272790
that was the first record that I checked and it was wrong. I checked two others created by the same bot, they were wrong too. 77.11.40.170 19:04, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  2. "Edvin Wirén (Q11856636)" to not found [1] https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q11856636&diff=966406704&oldid=966402082

  1. The records I checked were wrong, because the Bot always took the oid Nr. (=old ID) and not the actual ID No. in the top line of the data sheet...Kresspahl (talk) 07:06, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Kresspahl, thanks! I thought that could be the reason (that's why I added the section "Duplicates and OIDs" from the proposal), but found no easy way to find the correct record. I informed Magnus Manske Topic:V22dbeonn6wg6n5p. 77.183.47.197 10:34, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong IDs in MnM auto

[edit]

https://tools.wmflabs.org/mix-n-match/#/list/2636/auto - I check the first 10, all wrong. 77.183.47.197 11:21, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

For MnM, I am using the IDs from the Namensliste. Is that the wrong one? Where can I find the correct one? --Magnus Manske (talk) 13:46, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
There are two numbers in that Namensliste, first the ID, second the OID. The bot took the second one, the O[ld]ID, which is wrong. It should have taken the first one.--Kresspahl (talk) 15:00, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have fixed that in mix'n'match. Since I don't know how many wrong ones were imported, I am removing all matches from Wikidata as well; most of them will have been fro MnM. --Magnus Manske (talk) 22:33, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Removal batch --Magnus Manske (talk) 22:36, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have also restarted matching for MnM. All new matches should be on the proper IDs. --Magnus Manske (talk) 22:43, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Description

[edit]

"identifier for the Erik Amburger database of foreigners in pre-revolutionary Russia" - not true, this is not an identifier for the database. The items covered are identifiers for records in the database. 77.11.40.170 18:35, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

More than two years - wrong values inserted by Magnus Manske

@Magnus Manske: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q4151322&action=history - how about fixing each false value inserted by your bot? ErrorRepair20210719T1906 (talk) 15:29, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
