Hi. You once again moved several sitelinks from Category:Political subdivisions (Q7339272) to Category:Administrative divisions (Q5905240). It is unclear why. Apart from confusing English labels, and as already told earlier in an edit summary, most sitelinks for the latter item appear to be for a sphere of public administration that deals with administrative territorial entities, this is what e.g. fr:Catégorie:Administration territoriale and de:Kategorie:Verwaltungsgliederung is for. These categories are not for only articles of administrative territorial entities (divisions). Among else you moved en:Category:Administrative divisions to the same item which however as per its title and content is specifically for articles of administrative territorial entities. The latter is what most sitelinks in the first item (Q733927) appear to be for. I'm not entirely sure what is the topic for all sitelinks that moved but most likely it was wrong to move the English one. What is the rationale for your move?

When you did this merger (https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q37602&diff=prev&oldid=2118008627), you merge a wikidata for hail articles and a zh category item. These are 2 different items in fact and we had to eliminate most of the description and nature of the merge wikidata. Please do not do that in the future.

I do not intend to break the item at all, but how do you deal with situations concerning categories of other Wikimedia Projects (e.g. Wikinews) which were indeed meant to be linked with an Wikipedia article?

Most likely you should have merged that zh category item with Category:Hail (Q114358925) since that what it is. I just made the transfert.
