Request reason: I would like to work on some of the items related to the Coronavirus. I promise to make note of exactly what edits I am going to make before performing them. Furthermore, the sock-puppet actions were intended to be kept on the English Wikipedia only. I thought I was logged out onto my IP Address before making the changes on this wiki. Finally, everything done pre-september 2018 was the actions of a middle schooler, who did not really think before acting. PokestarFan • Drink some tea and talk with me • Stalk my edits • I'm not shouting, I just like this font! 23:35, 20 March 2020 (UTC)

https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Global_message_delivery/Targets/India_Program&oldid=20337167 suggests some understanding of past errors and fix them which is a good sign. Currently, PokestarFan seems to be banned on commons/enwiki/simple but not on es Wiki which is a language that they speak according to their profile on an intermediate level. If they want to contribute in the Wikimedia ecosystem I think it would be great if they would productively interact with other users on enwiki. After a few months of doing that I think some of our admins who speak Spanish could review the interactions on the Wiki and make a judgement based on them whether PokestarFan has grown to be a person that should get another chance on Wikidata.

@Multichill: please respond
Your lack of indication in this unblock request that you understand the need to 'be serious about making useful contributions rather than using the project as a playground' and 'to be punctual with communication with other editors and cooperating with them when they raise issues with you on your talk page' is all the more reason to decline this request. Asking Maarten to 'please respond' will not help you here.
You are blocked on several wiki's because you have proved to be incompetent and wasted a lot of time. I looked at Special:CentralAuth/PokestarFan to see what projects you have been active on. The first thing I notice on and is other people complaining about your edits. To protect Wikidata, I am not going to unblock you.
Hey am new here any geniuses?

Per Wikidata:Project_chat#Permission_for_12000_categories_creation_from_wiktonary you are not allowed to create items for Wiktionary categories.
I had to block you as you created items for Wiktionary categories although it was not approved. Not getting approval for your bot account doesn't mean you can do the same on your main account.
Sorry, I'll stop the script
Stop creating items.
@Jasper Deng: I had exams.
So you had time for editing, but not responding on your talk page?
You have been blocked, see Wikidata:Administrators'_noticeboard#User:PokestarFan
:(
I asked them for a proposed WMF ban for PokestarFan for blocked indefinitely on 4 wikis and treating Wikimedia wikis as playground and engaging them for cross-wiki vandalism and helping them with others see Meta:Requests for comment/Global ban for PokestarFan.

Recent changes
- You can now see which Wikipedia language versions are read in a specific country. This tool is called Wikipedia Views Visualized.
- The Architecture Committee is now the Wikimedia Technical Committee. You can read the charter.
Problems
- You can get an email when a page on your watchlist was edited. You can choose not to get emails for minor edits. There is a bug that means that you then don't get an email when someone does a normal edit after a minor edit. The developers are working on fixing this. Until it has been fixed you can activate "Email me also for minor edits of pages and files" at the bottom of "User profile" in your preferences if you want to.
- The thanks button sometimes didn't work for mobile users. This was because of a new bug and has now been fixed.
Changes later this week
- The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 8 August. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 9 August. It will be on all wikis from 10 August (calendar).
Future changes
- Editors and readers who still use Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP will not be able to use Wikipedia. Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP can't connect securely to the wikis. When we allow them to do so it means that we get less security for everyone else. If you use Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP you can install Firefox 52 ESR instead. Around 0.1% of the traffic to the Wikimedia wikis comes from Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP.
- Links to sections on Wikipedia don't work well in languages that don't use the Latin script. The URL in the address bar in your browser shows Latin characters like
.D0.A1.D1.81.D1.8B.D0.BB.D0.BA.D0.B8
instead of the section heading in the wiki's language. Links to sections in non-Latin scripts will be in the script of that wiki in the future. This will happen in the next few months. - Wiki pages printed by the web browser "Print" function will have an updated style. This new style will be similar to the when you download a page as PDF. It will be better at showing tables, infoboxes and headings.
