Not done
Description | Project state: active, alpha, beta, release candidate, available, sleeping, abandoned. |
---|---|
Data type | Item |
Example 1 | macOS (Q14116) → Supported |
Example 2 | MISSING |
Example 3 | MISSING |

Motivation
[edit]
- In w:en:Template:Infobox OS, we have the string Support status = Supported
- In w:fr:Modèle:Infobox Système d'exploitation and w:fr:Modèle:Infobox Logiciel, we have a property "state (of the project)" which can be: active, alpha, beta, release candidate, available, sleeping, abandoned.
It looks like Property:P1317 which is a date, but it specifies the level. But it mainly looks like Property:P548, which qualifies only one version and is hard to find from the keywords I propose.

Discussion
[edit]Property name says project but it seems like you mean only software? Can we see more examples? What about using has characteristic (P1552) and not making a new property? BrokenSegue (talk) 20:06, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose as it is currently as it doesn't make sense to me to go to macOS (Q14116) and add some supported claim to it. – The preceding unsigned comment was added by ChristianKl (talk • contribs) at 21:03, July 6, 2021 (UTC).
- Oppose I proposed this 4 years ago. Now I think has characteristic (P1552) is sufficient, with qualifiers start time (P580) and end time (P582) --Tinker Bell ★ ♥ 18:17, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
