Alquines (French pronunciation: [alkin]; West Flemish: Alken) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in northern France.[3]
Geography
[edit]A town located 18 miles (29 km) east of Boulogne-sur-Mer, at the junction of the D216 with the D191 road, by the banks of the river Hem.

[edit]The Chemin de fer d'Anvin à Calais opened a railway station serving Alquines and Boiusson in 1881.[5] The railway was closed in 1955.[6]
