Desailly is a rural locality in the Shire of Mareeba, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Desailly had "no people or a very low population".[1]

- Mount Desailly (16°26′13″S 144°54′37″E / 16.4370°S 144.9104°E) 893 metres (2,930 ft)[3][4]
- Mount Elephant (16°26′54″S 144°56′05″E / 16.4483°S 144.9347°E) 1,046 metres (3,432 ft)[3][5]
The Mulligan Highway enters the locality from the south-east (Mount Carbine) and exits to the north (Lakeland).[6]
