Machiyar

The Machiyar, Machhiyara or Machhi (Sindhi: ماڇي) is a Sindhi Muslim community of fishing, they are found throughout the coastal area of state of Gujarat in India and Sindh, Pakistan. Machhi originated from Sindh.[1]

Machhi have many clans some of them are: Vesilia, Patelia, Lochani, Iswani, Raria, Nothiya etc.[1]
