Muhammad Naqeeb-ur-Rahman is a Pakistani Islamic Sufi scholar and leader.^[1] He is also Custodian of the Holy Shrine of Eidgah Sharif, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.^[2] He opposes terrorism.^[3]
