Steven Kelly is an American politician and law enforcement officer. A Republican, he was elected in the 2024 Montana House of Representatives election to represent the 4th district and is set to take office on January 6th, 2025.[1] In the general election, he defeated Democratic nomination Joanne Morrow.[2]

Prior to his career in politics, Kelly was a police officer.[1] Kelly has described himself as a conservative Republican,[3] and has declared opposition to property taxes, described illegal immigration as a federal threat, and has declared opposition to political bias in the Montana Supreme Court.[1]
