@Hurricanehink and LightandDark2000: I still need to do the lead, but I would appreciate comments on the rest of the article since it has been rewritten to add a MASSIVE amount of new prep/impact/aftermath content and to fix inaccuracies/expand met in accordance with the TCR update that occurred in 2019. Let me tell you that there was a massive amount of synoptic history there. Since this article was already a GA and has essentially been rewritten from scratch, could it be assessed for A-class? Change "President Donald Trump" to "U.S. President Donald Trump". And then, link "U.S. President" to President of the United States. Those of us in America aren't the only ones reading this article, and we should be more specific with the titles of the heads of state.
Olivia had become an annular hurricane, developing a cloud-free eye embedded within a symmetric, ring-shaped central dense overcast. The linked NHC discussion states that Olivia had an Annular Hurricane Index of 100 (the maximum value on the scale for determining annularity). Can you please mention this as well, since this system is in use? The annular tropical cyclone article has a brief chunk that explains the Annular Hurricane Index (which I added recently). If the NHC felt that this was worth mentioning, I think that it's notable enough for us to mention this in the article.

Concerning the maximum sustained winds, you should either specify here or in the lead that the winds are 1-minute sustained winds, unless otherwise stated. Because different regions/basins of the world use different metrics for determining sustained winds in a tropical cyclone.
The end of the MH says that Olivia became post-tropical/a remnant low on September 14, while the infobox says that Olivia became post-tropical on September 13. Can you please resolve this contradiction? We should go with the TCR for this one. From what I see, the TCR says that Olivia became a remnant low at 06:00 UTC on September 14.
I would consider comparing the impacts from Olivia to past TCs that came close to the islands of Lana and Maui and affected them (even though they didn't make landfall), if there are any notable storms that had such effects on those islands in the past. This is because Olivia is the first recorded instance of a TC landfalling those islands, so some historical perspective on the precedent might provide readers with more insight on how this storm compared to prior events. Though if there are no comparable events in the past (in terms of impacts), then this point is essentially moot.
I'm not supposed to be making comparisons of my own as that is OR/SYNTH. I haven't seen any sources that compare Olivia to another storm. NoahTalk23:23, 26 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm satisfied with the article and I agree with LightandDark2000 (I have a strong feelings that no one is going to take it anyway, especially since both Hink, Destroyeraa and YE are busy), so I'm going to formally close this review and passing this for A-class.
