Dispute on the origins of Blue Shropshire

An article about a Whitchurch Cheese Factor suggests that he claimed to have made Shropshire Blue, in Shropshire, in the 1970s.

A cutting from the local newspaper from 1977, held in a Whitchurch archive, seems to corroborate!

Milk of cows

In the lead paragraph, "cows milk".

In the Description, "cows' milk".

The category is "Cow's-milk cheeses".

The hyphen is fine when it's used like an adjective (compare "low-brim hats" vs. "a low brim"). The form with the missing apostrophe is incorrect. 86.144.27.191 (talk) 15:50, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
