As part of the project's New Year's Resolutions, there is an ongoing effort to decrease the number of stubs to 5%. As of April 11, we are at 7.62%, with 363 articles currently in Category:Stub-Class Professional wrestling articles. It still would be greatly appreciated if members would expand, source and improve stub articles, and a list of well-known wrestlers and tag teams that should be fairly easy to improve is included on the stub article subpage.
This section is intended to warn users about potential targets of vandalism and speculation: professional wrestling events from major promotions for the month of April.

Please remember that fair use images and media can be only be used if no free equivalent is available or could be created. Fair use images uploaded when a free equivalent exists will be deleted.
If you come across an article that fails notability requirements, you can tag it for speedy deletion if the criteria apply, propose it for deletion, or nominate it at WP:AFD.

Coaching
Hi there; nice to hear from you. If you look at your incoming mail you will note that i suggested that I could, if you wish, adopt you. This is not the same as admin coaching, a procedure which you are as yet not ready for. You have as yet only 1267 live edits, and a small number of deleted edits. This will not be enough to impress the community with your readiness for the tools. I am certainly happy to adopt you; I note however that you are showing on your userpage a willingness to yourself adopt an inexperienced user. This concerns me, because your edit history does not suggest enough skill to be an adopter. Also, it is not logical to be both an adopter and an adoptee. Did you call the wrong template? Best wishes. --Anthony.bradbury"talk"18:44, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
Sand Box
Hey I have a sand box and would like you to help me with the information that is there like grammar, errors, etc. thanks! AJona1992 (talk) 20:38, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
No, it's more that I prefer to devote myself to improving articles rather than acting as a janitor/peace keeper/civilty enforcer/whatever. Besides, I have no need for extra tools, so I see no reason to apply for them. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 03:29, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, same here. I don't have the time to be answering questions and stuff. Thanks for the consideration, though, I appreciate that. -- ThinkBlue (HitBLUE)15:43, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter message
It doesn't bother me much really. I wasn't even trying that hard. I got other stuff in real-life to handle anyway. Thanks though.--WillC01:30, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
I did last year as well, I think I made it to the third, but stuff got in the way of my advancement.--WillC09:56, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
Regarding your signature...please read WP:CUSTOMSIG. Your signature is way outside the norm in terms of length, and while I don't immediately draw the conclusion that it's disruptive, I do think it is too long for several reasons outlined on that page. (The shortcut is to a particular bookmark on WP:Signatures, but there are more applicable sections on that same page.) Frank | talk 01:39, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
I had a look at your recent Twinkle reverts and I think you know what you're doing enough that I would have granted you rollback (I'll AGF on the forum shopping). Btw, Twinkle has a "rollback vandalism" button that saves you from having to enter your own edit summary but I personally prefer to use rollback. Best, HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 22:50, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
RE: Protection
I'm going to decline to protect Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. I don't like protecting the wrestling articles—except in extreme cases—as it is seen as a conflict of interest by some. Also, looking at the history, it only seems to be once or twice per day, which isn't too bad. Remember, you can warn users and IPs who vandalize, and they can eventually be temporarily blocked after a 3 or 4 warnings. You can also try a request at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Good luck. Nikki♥31119:58, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

Ok...
All I'm doing is being nice to you. You thought Michelle was the champion. Which she was not, Layla is. All I wanted was peace. Nothing more. I won't bother you again. Promise —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shadic23X (talk • contribs) 00:06, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
I don't want an edit war on this page because of MVP. I just wanna take the facts. His ring name is simply MVP. Just go with WWE.com, Matt Striker, Todd Grisham AND the ring announcers. On http://www.wwe.com/superstars/smackdown/mvp/bio/ you don't find Montel Vontavious Porter, only MVP! Matt Striker and Todd Grisham always call him MVP. I think it is ok if there is MVP (Montel Vontavious Porter) but NOT Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP)! On Youtube you can see it that I am right http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OviupR2DlvU (Time: 6:37)
Plus he had MVP'S VIP Lounge NOT Montel Vontavious Porter's VIP Lounge. Look at the results of the latest SmackDown: http://ww.wwe.com/shows/smackdown/results/ : MVP! When MVP comes to the ring the optical font is MVP, too. So please stop editing it into Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP)! @ Curtis23

MVP's name
please start a dessication over MVP's name this is getting out of hand if it continues I will have the page locked from any one being able to edit the page. Do no further action leave the name as is till consensus has been met.--SteamIron23:44, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
The stub has been expanded, cleaned up, and sourced, and is now somewhat better. The nom has withdrawn his nomination based upon the improvements. Seeing that you have interest in professional wrestling, perhaps you might wish to assist in expanding the Scott L. Schwartz article section about his work in the 1970s and 80s as a pro wrestler? I found some sources and listed them on the article's talk page, but do not know the best way to incorporate them for a wrestler. Schmidt,MICHAEL Q.22:37, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
Intercontinental Champions Statistics
For the statistics in the article: "List of WWE Intercontinental Champions", I think it would be good to put the statistics table again in the page. It's more easyer to watch the table instead to read them on the title's page —Preceding unsigned comment added by Seiken Flame (talk • contribs) 01:34, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
