[edit]

Hi, Im Cooldudeseven7 and I'd like to mention one of your edits here. However, it seems that you are saying that all editors should go to a consensus before editing this. WP:HEP says, "A major edit should be reviewed to confirm that it is consensual to all concerned editors. Therefore, any change that affects the meaning of an article is major (not minor), even if the edit is a single word." Cooldudeseven7 join in on the tea talk 14:39, 22 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I deleted the comment you have placed for the following reason:
Removed a comment. Reason not given, WP:CRP says that only an ADMIN can impose this. WP:HEP says that only major edits might need consensus. If I am wrong, please tell me.
from my understanding, only admins can impose it. You could request page protection if it is nessesary(for more info see Wikipedia:PCPP)

Hi, I just noticed that you've replaced a better quality image with an older image. Can I ask what is missing in this image? I not only used all scripts officially used for the official languages, but also visually placed them in a way they are bold, legible but still compact. Psubhashish (talk) 14:50, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Scripts are not properly visible on dark mode, also it looks like a sentence, give some space to letters RI talk 15:05, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Gadchiroli, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Marathi. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Replacement of maps

[edit]

Hi! I have seen that you have been replacing pushpin maps with maplinks. While I understand that mapframes are better, you need to be wary of replacing multiple maps with a single mapframe. In case of your edit at Chennai International Airport, there were three maps (Chennai/TN/India) with push-pin maps which was replaced by a single mapframe. I would suggest that to correspondingly add all the relevant maps with a switcher template if you are replacing the older maps. Cheers! Indian map by default not show disputed areas of Kashmir, so I avoided it RI talk 19:30, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Signature

[edit]

Hello, could you please fix your custom user signature so it's at the correct size? Right now it's larger than the rest of the text and pushes the next line down. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 18:20, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

can I know why my edits are wrong? RI talk 12:04, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
the entire article is about Panchacharyas so I merged it correct titel RI talk 12:05, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No need to have a separate page for this. Joshua Jonathan - Let's talk! 12:06, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I think your are not familiar with this topic, This article is about actually panchacharyas so I merged it to correct title and The Veerashaiva page should be redirected to Lingayatism, and the surnames mentioned in the lead of veerashaiva is actually Lingayat Vani community, RI talk 12:11, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Undo your revert, please be familiar with the topic RI talk 12:15, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I undid your reverts , and redirected Veerashaiva to Lingayatism, please be familiar with this topic, Thank you RI talk 12:44, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
https://www.britannica.com/topic/Lingayat
The Britannica mentions Lingayats also known as "Virashaiva", Lingayatism article lead also mentions the same, so we should redirect veerashaiva to Lingayatism because both are about same topic, the panchacharyas are different topic they should have different article for them.
