Non-notable company. The sources in the article, and those found in my own WP:BEFORE, do not support a claim to notability under WP:SIGCOV or WP:NORG. Frankly, from what I can tell, there aren't even sufficiently reliable sources to support the text in the article. And the level of FV issues and apparent REFBOMBing is more than a little problematic. As raised by Bastun, Spleodrach and Ww2censor in the previous AfD discussion, the majority of the references available (in the article and elsewhere) are press releases, directory-style listings, ROTM industry publications and other trivial passing mentions that do not support a claim to notability. (In almost every case, they don't even support the text they are placed alongside.) That multiple versions of this article continue to be created in Draft form(s) is also confusing and disquieting...
