I was alerted to this article by User:Bgwhite, who suggested that it is a case of WP:BLP1E. I agree, and I am not convinced by the creator's rationale on the talk page. If this information is worthwhile it can find a place in LGBT rights in Cameroon, but there really isn't a lot of information to merge (and claiming UNDUE for that article is pushing it). - Khazar, you're the only contributor--you can copy the text to that LGBT article and leave a redirect (that's fair, I think).
