This does not meet WP:NBUILD guidelines. Speedy deletion was previously contested because it ranks #31 in tallest buildings in Jersey City, that is not a valid reason for inclusion. Rusf10 (talk) 00:46, 14 June 2019 (UTC)

- Delete, an apparently unremarkable building in a city with many tallish buildings. I can't find anything online to hint at anything otherwise. Sionk (talk) 12:11, 14 June 2019 (UTC)
- Delete: No significant coverage. Non-notable building. SL93 (talk) 21:27, 15 June 2019 (UTC)
keepThe architects of this project, DeWitt Tishman Architects can support an article. It's not surprising that one or another of the architects doing multiple huge projects in New Jersey would. E.M.Gregory (talk) 20:08, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- Am I missing something, how is that relevant? The Afd is not about the architects. Sionk (talk) 20:26, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- Not at all relevant. Even if the architects are notable (not sure if they are), notability is WP:NOTINHERITED, so their notability does not transfer to a building.--Rusf10 (talk) 20:48, 20 June 2019 (UTC)

- Merge to Harsimus, the neighborhood it is located in. I am not seeing enough to support a page.E.M.Gregory (talk) 22:32, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- Comment, notability of the architects is relevant, not to "keep" the article but as a "merge/redirect" to the firm and/or neighborhood article as well known/notable architects' works may be wikireader lookups. Coolabahapple (talk) 23:43, 20 June 2019 (UTC)
- Delete, The article does not show it is a distinguished building or... , not notable Alex-h (talk) 10:13, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
- As User:Coolabahapple says, a notable architect contributes to the notability of a building. This is why this page should be merged to Harsimus, the neighborhood Grove Pointe is located in. I have added 2 sourced sentences to the target page, Harsimus Cove.E.M.Gregory (talk) 11:08, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
- Redirect/delete Not every generic apartment building is notable, even if it's tall and got routine coverage that a developer constructed it. Reywas92Talk 20:02, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
