Not at all relevant. Even if the architects are notable (not sure if they are), notability is WP:NOTINHERITED, so their notability does not transfer to a building.--Rusf10 (talk) 20:48, 20 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Comment, notability of the architects is relevant, not to "keep" the article but as a "merge/redirect" to the firm and/or neighborhood article as well known/notable architects' works may be wikireader lookups. Coolabahapple (talk) 23:43, 20 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

As User:Coolabahapple says, a notable architect contributes to the notability of a building. This is why this page should be merged to Harsimus, the neighborhood Grove Pointe is located in.
