As per WP:NOTDICT. The subject is too vague, and definition is just wrong, the source states that it is "an application that adds additional capabilities when necessary." and the external viewer program is given just as an example there. Deltaspace42 (talk • contribs) 14:01, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
