Delete. This is referenced entirely to primary sources that are not support for notability at all, with not a whit of WP:GNG-worthy reliable source coverage shown whatsoever, but it claims absolutely nothing about them that would be "inherently" notable enough to exempt them from having to pass GNG on the sourcing.
