- I'm speculating, but possibly it came from ja:市外局番の一覧, "List of Area Codes," which was deleted. The request for deletion links to ja:市外局番, "Area code" (that's how I found out about "List of area codes"). "Area code" links to the Japanese government (Somusho) page which has area codes in numerical order. It could be cited as an external reference, if you need one. Fg2 07:16, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
