- 1925, Hirota Denzō, Beikoku genzai no kyōiku, page 357:
- 然しこの推定は維持することが出来ない。學校の分段は管理の要素として必要なものである。
- Shikashi kono suitei wa iji suru koto ga dekinai. Gakkō no bundan wa kanri no yōso to shite hitsuyō na mono de aru.
- However, this presumption cannot be maintained. Segmentation of schools is a necessary element of their management.
