Meet your Organic farm near Allentown & Bethlehem, PA

Our Promise to your family
We know you want to feed your family clean, healthy food that you can trust. But finding a source of food that’s fresh, local, and free from harmful chemicals can be a real struggle. The problem is, many big food corporations prioritize profits over health, leaving you feeling cheated and disheartened about your food choices.
At Willow Haven Farm, we grow organic vegetables in Lehigh Valley and raise pasture-fed animals so you can trust what’s on your family’s table.
Our Promise is simple: We provide you with real, nutritious, and organic food, grown with care, that you can feel good about feeding your family.

You Deserve Better
We believe you deserve better. You deserve to know where your food comes from and trust that it’s good for you and your loved ones.
As a busy mom myself, I understand the challenge of providing healthy meals every day. That’s why at Willow Haven Farm, we make it simple. We grow organic, nutrient-packed vegetables, raise pasture-fed animals, and offer farm-fresh eggs—all grown with care on our farm here in Lehigh Valley.
We grow the same food we put on our own table. From our farm to yours, you can trust that our food is clean, wholesome, and full of nutrition. You don’t have to worry about chemicals, hidden ingredients, or where it came from. With Willow Haven Farm, healthy eating is as simple as it should be.

Our Family Run organic Farm in the Lehigh Valley
Our family-run farm is more than just a place to grow vegetables—it’s where life happens. Pigs root and sun themselves in the fields, milk cows graze on lush pastures alongside their calves, and colorful, chemical-free flowers bloom to brighten your home. Our farm is also where our kids start their mornings collecting fresh eggs from pasture-raised hens, watering animals, and picking greens from the field with the dew still clinging to the leaves.
For over 15 years, we’ve followed organic farming practices because we believe real food should be clean, natural, and full of nutrients. In 2022, we became Certified Organic through Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO), a commitment we’ve always honored. We focus on soil health—no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, just real food grown for local families.
Farming this way takes extra effort, but we wouldn’t do it any other way. We:
Rotate crops and follow the biodynamic calendar to keep plants healthy
Use cover crops to build rich soil and prevent erosion
Apply mulch to control weeds and retain moisture naturally
Rely on a drip irrigation system to conserve water

Meet The Demasters
We grow and produce many of the foods that will be in your box each week. The rest are from local farmers we know and trust.
You can guess, we are a busy family. We’ve learned to work together to produce the nutrient food we need and get those meals on the table three times a day. Farmer Reuben forged strong connections with our farmer friends who raised what we can’t.
You’ll love eating like a farmer. Plus, you’ll learn from Tessa how to efficiently put nutrient-dense meals on the table, without a lot of fuss, using the food that’s in season – all year round.
