(24 Hrs. in Advance) Record the serial number of attached supporting certificates in PART 2.Identify the activity steps in the Job Safety Analysis and discuss the hazards associated with work during the daily meeting with the Area Authority. 4-WORKSITE PREPARATION Field Lead Operator night shift must prepare the worksite to proceed the activity mentioned in PART1 according to the precautions specified in PART 5 Tick the check boxes in PART 5 as required and sign. In case of Naked Flame Permit or Confined Space Entry Field Lead Operator day shift must sign just prior the job to commence.
