Since founding in 2008, Franklin has been active in overseeing the continued evolution of each department from leasing and marketing, to property development and acquisition. Franklin is involved in it all! Today Franklin’s main area of focus is investor development and relations, as well as asset acquisitions.
Franklin has grown the business from a one man operator in a spare room of his house to a 70+ person firm operating in five states with over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of real estate owned and managed by the company.
