  • The packages are available to customers who activate a new number or port-in and are active AIS 3BB Fibre3 subscribers.
  • Service rates are calculated based on actual usage per minute per billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute).
  • Free AIS SUPER WiFi allowance: the system will automatically send the WiFi username and password via SMS. For more details, visit www.ais.th/wifi.
  • Excess charges include phone/VDO calls to any networks at THB 1.50/minute, THB 2.50/SMS and THB 4.5/MMS.
  • Package 288 baht, voice service 0.0098888889 baht per second, mobile internet 0.0034765625 baht per megabyte. 
  • Package 488 baht, voice service 0.0259333333 baht per second, mobile internet 0.0000676430 baht per megabyte. 
  • Package 888 baht, voice service 0.0075142857 baht per second, mobile internet 0.0001371987 baht per megabyte. 
  • The offers last for 12 billing cycles.
  • The packages cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM / Multi SIM Plus services.
  • If the AIS 3BB Fibre3 service is cancelled or the account name is changed, package adjustments are as follows:
    • 5G Welcome Family package at 288 THB will change to 4G MAX SPEED at 299 THB.
    • 5G Welcome Family package at 488 THB will change to 4G MAX SPEED at 499 THB.
    • 5G Welcome Family package at 888 THB will change to 5G Max UNLIMITED at 1,199 THB.
  • The allowance of each package is valid for each billing cycle only; unused services cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle, and allowances end immediately upon service cancellation, package change, or number ownership transfer.
  • Service rates do not include value added tax (VAT).
  • The company reserves the right to limit usage in the case of BitTorrent, internet sharing via hotspot, or abnormally high data transfer that exceeds normal individual usage or may affect network operation.

  • Receive an SMS confirmation to claim your privilege within 24 hours after the main package activation, and you must claim the privilege within 30 days of receiving the SMS.
  • Customers who already have access on PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY MOVIES add-on packages cannot claim this offer.
  • The offer can be claimed once per phone number.
  • Customers can watch programs from world-famous channels at https://www.ais.th/consumers/entertainment/ais-play/play-family.
  • PLAY FAMILY is accessible on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
  • A notification will be sent 3 days before the end of the free allowance period to inform about the renewal of the PLAY FAMILY package and the upcoming monthly fee.
  • After the end of the free period, the PLAY FAMILY package will be charged at 119 baht per month.
  • Service rates exclude 7% VAT and data service charges.
  • Service rates are applicable for use within Thailand only.
  • The usage allowance is for regular, non-commercial use only. Usage that negatively impacts other users is prohibited.
  • Free usage allowances are available only for the period specified, and allowances will immediately terminate upon service cancellation or change of package.

Terms and Conditions for VIU Premium Allowance

  • Eligible customers will receive SMS to activate free VIU Premium 12 months within 5 days after successfully registering new number or porting number to AIS.
  • To be eligible for offer, customers need to subscribe VIU Premium package within 30 days after get SMS to activate free
  • The VIU Premium package provides 12 months of free viewing when you subscribe successfully. After that, starting from the 13th month, you'll be charged a monthly fee of 149 Baht (excluding internet charges) automatically.
  • One number is limited to one right throughout the campaign period.
  • Customers can enjoy VIU Premium after getting confirmation SMS. For usage in Thailand only.
  • Customers that are using other privileges of VIU Premium or customers who cancel/change main package will no longer be eligible to get VIU Premium 12 months.

Terms and Conditions for PLAY ASIAN Allowance

  • Receive an SMS confirmation to claim your privilege within 24 hours after the main package activation.
  • Enjoy access to Viu, iQIYI, and WeTV applications through the PLAY ASIAN package at no extra cost.
  • If the PLAY ASIAN package is cancelled, access to the Viu, iQIYI, and WeTV applications will be immediately revoked.
  • The offer can be claimed once per phone number.
  • The PLAY ASIAN package allows viewing on up to 2 devices simultaneously. The AIS PLAY application is compatible with mobile devices supporting Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 or later. Free download available in the App Store and Google Play Store, or by calling *357#.
  • Viu is accessible on up to 4 devices via the VIU application or at www.viu.com.
  • WeTV is accessible on up to 2 devices via the WeTV application or at https://wetv.vip/th.
  • iQIYI is accessible on up to 2 devices via the iQIYI application or at https://www.iq.com/.
  •  Watching content over the internet may incur charges depending on the customer's device and viewing platform, with data service rates as determined by the customer's current package.
  • Before the 12-month free period ends, a message will be sent 3 days in advance to notify of the upcoming renewal of the PLAY ASIAN package and subsequent monthly charges.
  • After the free-access period ends, the PLAY ASIAN package will be billed at 159 baht per month.
  • Service rates exclude 7% VAT and data service charges.
  • Service rates apply for usage within Thailand only.
  • The usage allowance is for regular, non-commercial use only. Usage that negatively impacts other users is prohibited.
  • The company reserves the right to change details without prior notice and to refuse refunds in cases of non-use or early package cancellation by the customer
