About Delivery

We offer an easy-to-use website, with a simple ordering process, so you can order your funeral stationery, including funeral Order of Service booklets, online as stress free as possible.

After you place your order, we will print it with utmost care and ensure it’s finished to the highest standard. We will then send your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24® courier service. It is important to note that Royal Mail now offer deliver on Saturdays, at no additional cost!

We aim to print and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. For orders recieved by midday, we will aim to print and dispatch same day – however, we strongly recommend you allow a minumum of 3 working days for delivery, to allow us time to investigate should there be a delay.

All orders are tracked, so you can easily login to see where it is and when it will be at your chosen address. Should you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us – we are here to help.
