Be sure to include your Altair account number and either a copy of a return authorization form or the original invoice.
First, place an order to replace the frame from your inventory. Once you have received that frame, send back the defective frame with a copy of that invoice.
Orders placed online before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time are processed and shipped same day provided inventory is available. Please contact customer service at 800.505.5557 if you require additional shipping confirmation.

When you sell a frame from your no-cost inventory and don't restock it, we will issue an "Invoice Only" for the frame you sold and remove it from your inventory checklist.
Please contact your Altair account executive and they will work with you to update your frame inventory with new styles.
Our Sunlites collection offers an optional clip kit set that includes three magnetic clips. View our Sunlites brand center to learn more about our Sunlites clips. Our other collections do not offer a sun clip option.
If you aren't able to find a frame on our website, it's because it is no longer available. We do carry some warranty stock for retired styles. To order a warranty replacement, please contact customer service at 800.505.5557 for assistance.
