FAQ
Who can join the Alza for Business program?
Any customer who has a Company ID number in their Alza.cz registration. Entry to the program is not possible for a natural person - consumer.
How do I know that my Alza for Business program is active?
If you have a Company ID number filled in your account settings, it means that you are a registered user of the Alza for Business program and can take advantage of all its benefits.
How do I enter Alza for Business?
Entry for the BASIC price list is automatic for everyone who has a Company ID number in their Alza.sk registration. For other price lists, the entry will be evaluated individually according internally set parameters and granted based on sole discretion of Alza company.

When is my order invoiced?
Orders are invoiced upon completion. For in-stock items at a branch, invoicing occurs at the time of pickup.
How are the price tiers calculated?
Your price tier is calculated based on your Alza.cz purchases over a rolling 12-month period. For example, if you purchase €12,000 (excl. VAT) between January 15, 2024 and January 15, 2025, you qualify for SILVER pricing. Your total includes all invoices under your VAT number at Alza.sk, minus credit notes and returns (uncollected goods).
Do you really offer a two-year warranty for corporate purchases?
Yes, we now offer this benefit to companies and entrepreneurs for free, i.e. a warranty of 2 years (or more) on all products (excluding products intended for rapid consumption). You can find specific information on the product details page or here.
