It was pretty good fun, the characters were likeable but the funjoshi aspect was a bit too extreme, and the story a bit too unrealistic and lazy. Also what is this teaching to teenage girls? starve yourself to be thin and you'll be popular ? it's ok to forgo/ignore real relationships for fictional ones? more mature people can ignore that, but what about the immature ? or was it supposed to be a parody and actually give the opposite lesson?
The biggest disappointment was, as always, the ending, which was your typical, lame harem ending, where nothing actually gets resolved, because then the friendships and the story would end, i'm gonna read the mange next, maybe it ends better.
Only one thing pissed me off though, it's yet another bad trope, the whole "i'm gonna bully and all your friends to help you" bit.
If you can look past the negatives it is a pretty enjoyable show, but i would almost suggest skipping the last 2 eps, whatever you can imagine will be better. 6/10
