Your standard 90s Japanese anime where good over evil with some clutch boss fights and upgraded production quality
Pretty generic anime of those days - comes with nice retro-ish mecha, a idol-ish sentai troupe, has some henshin and even gattai scenes. And the fights are power of friendship/family and teamwork prevails over the evil desires
Plot uses the tried and proven standard outline - steady intro, feels good, some trouble, boss appears, fight, boss upgrade, team work and win!
Except probably this time it comes with upgraded production quality - not to shabby artwork and fight animation, and especially the last ep was pretty nice
Cast full of cute girls but family friendly, easy watch.
For those that grew up or can related to anime or Japanese stage "sentai mecha"-ish shows of the 90's, and don't mind the mediocre values, this will provide some entertainment with hints of nostalgia with an upgraded quality. 6/10 for me

In 1930, two years after the events of So Long, My Love, the Great Demon War results in the annihilation of the Imperial, Paris and New York Combat Revues' Flower Divisions. With Earth at peace and the revues' actions becoming public, the World Combat Revue Organization is formed with several international divisions; a biennial international Combat Revue tournament has been organized.
Ten years later in 1940, Imperial Japanese Navy captain Kamiyama Seijuurou is assigned as the captain of the new Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division in Tokyo, which consists of: Amamiya Sakura, a swordswoman and new recruit; Shinonome Hatsuho, a shrine maiden and the most popular actress; Anastasia Palma, a newly-transferred Greek actress; Mochizuki Azami, a ninja prodigy from the Mochizuki clan; and Claris, a Luxembourgian noblewoman. The division once again faces a new demon invasion and participates in the upcoming tournament–while trying to keep their home at the Imperial Theater open.
