I initially wanted to write that the quality of humor and pacing and content / events seems to be targeted at a younger audience, but then I realized that the hair color and design do suggest this is targeted at a younger audience, so I'll leave it at that.
The presentation/flow/pace/comedy reminds me of Pokemon and etc kind of anime for kids, so they are spot on with their intention.
If I have to critique, it would be that for something titled "Shachou" and "Battle no Jikan", there is not much of either. You can see the attempt to combine both, but if you're expecting something like Log Horizon, remember what I said above about the target audience.
I was here for Horie Yui anyway. But this is good as something a parent can watch together with young kids. Anime veterans with insufficient time, this has nothing much to offer. Maybe just a tiny tiny bit of corporate-related stuff scattered sparsely which are not that funny anyway.
At least it is not an isekai.
