First of all: Don't watch the anime if you have seen Cosprayers and think this 'sidestory' is better then Cosprayers: It isn't. It is the same crap as Cosprayers.
Animation:
The animation is average. It is not very good, but good watchable.
Sound:
I can't remember the songs of the anime after seen it rightaway. A very bad sign though. Although the fact the music is not good enough to remember... It perfectly fits in the anime...
Story:
Hit wo Nerae is some kind of background story by the anime Cosprayers. After seeing the first two episodes, my first thought was it would be some kind of excuse why Cosprayers has such a bad storyline. But no, this anime is worse.
It describes the story of a 25yo, childlike producer, who is appointed to produce Cosprayers all of a sudden. She has to go to a lot of struggle to complete the task and tries her best to do not get Cosprayers cancelled.
Character:
Eventually, hit wo nerae has some development in the character. The producer learns some things about making a succesfull series and tries to do things better.
Value / Emjoyment:
As can be deduced from this review as written so far, I think this anime has no value watching and you should only consider watching it when you think your life isn't complete after watching this anime as follow-up for Copsrayers.
