* Based on a fantasy light novel series written by Hayaken and illustrated by Nagu.

From his deathbed, Hero-King Inglis, the divine knight and master of all he surveys, gazes down on the empire he built with his mighty hand. Having devoted his life to statecraft and his subjects' well-being, his one unfulfilled wish is to live again, for himself this time: a warrior's life he'd devoted himself to before his rise to power. His patron goddess, Alistia, hears his plea and smiles upon him, flinging his soul into the far future. Goddesses work in mysterious ways—not only is Inglis now the daughter of a minor noble family, but at her first coming-of-age ceremony at 6, she's found ineligible to begin her knighthood! However, for a lady of Inglis's ambition, this is less a setback and more the challenge she was (re)born to overcome. Not sure what others are seeing, this was pretty consistent from beginning to end and an overall decent watch, I supposed it slowed/died down a little in the 2nd half.
Like usual it lacks depth and the author chose to ignore the side-effects of the gender swap, which I get, but also disappoints me, I mean how can you take a bath with a bunch of naked 15 yo girls and not react at all ? this setup was tailor made for fanservice and yet ignored it... weird.

The CONCEPT sounds AMAZING! yet..

As the name suggests, it sounds friggin cool! Hell, the first few episodes get the blood pumping! Yet.. It leaves A LOT to be desired.

It has its moments, the world-building is okay, the concepts could of have DELIVERED great things!

The concept of Aether vs Mana, was SUPERB!

The ideas were there, the blueprint was SET FOR SUCCESS, but it just SQUANDERS IT!!

If anything, I still recommend watching this if you are starved for more isekai-like stories, however, wow, such wasted potential!

Still worth a watch if you enjoy genre.

The premise was interesting... a dying king being reincarnated into an OP MC. This even started well, but got generic as the series progressed. For me, everything... characters, pacing and enjoyment were all sub-par. In the end, this started well, but turned into a by the numbers isekai anime. For fans of isekai anime.

You can pretty much forget about the old gramps backstory, it's just an early plot gimmick. All that remains later on is pretty much how experienced the MC is and he's knowledgeable of something that's more advanced (spell-wise) than the world she transferred into.

Overall a very familiar OP character story but the MC is the definitive make or break for the series. If you like her persona, you'd totally enjoy the series like I do.

The production value is mid, but it can go very bad sometimes. The side characters are not much either. And main plotline is forgettable. So I really meant it with my prev paragraph.

Easygoing disposition of Main Character (who is basically a sage in body of little girl) & anatomically detailed & fluid combat moves.

Nice relaxing show where good guys just beat bad guys. Or girls. Or what with all that reincarnation exchanges)))
