This anthology is astoundingly diverse and.... mostly just bad. It's so bad that it's interesting again so see it in this form. It's some kind of art to reach this level of trashness.
What I liked was this mix of animation and real-life videos. Some animations were really well drawn and pretty - some were just ugly.
The comedy was as diverse as the videos. Mostly it's about really bad jokes and gay-bashing with a few funny jokes mixed in.
The real-life videos weren't that bad. The anime segment I liked the best is the story "She always took the Tozai line in the morning" which is beautiful with a slight humour. Also the stories "Let there be light for every youth" and "Switch Off" were quite funny.
Other than that it was really... not that good.
