Morikawa Satoko is a Japanese animator and character designer, most famously known for her character design in Neko no Ongaeshi and Arete-hime.
She was also responsible for the character design in the PS2 game 3-Nen B-Gumi Kinpachi Sensei: Densetsu no Kyoudan ni Tate.
