So disappointed...

I LOVED the OVA. With great anticipation, I started watching this series and I'm having a really difficult time. So much potential...lost...because everything is practically dripping with plot holes and situations that simply don't make sense. Or...maybe they make sense if I assume the characters are stupid? They do SO MANY STUPID THINGS!!!!!! So, so, so, so, so many stupid things.

I started watching this series a month ago and I'm finally on episode 20 and really dragging my feet. At this point, the only reason why I'm still watching is because I feel like I have to finish now that I've come so far. There are a lot of great things about the anime, but my frustration and disappointment make it difficult to watch.

Even a lot of the fights are so frustrating. They have powers/moves that are so powerful, yet conveniently forget to use them all the time.

Sigh.

Only 7 episodes to go. I hope it redeems itself.

It doesn't. There is only a crazy plot twist, which makes the scenario of the OVA look like a picnic. Why are there so many paper users in this show anyway? Hey, lets have five characters with the same powers in the show. The OVA is good. This, not so good, but watchable nevertheless.

OMG, I'm halfway through episode 26 now and I'm in agony. Such crap. The last bunch of episodes have been sheer crap.

Gah, almost done with the series. It's like a marathon...and my only reward is a pile of smelly putrid crap at the end.

Heh, yes, exaggerating, but wow, this anime is one of the most disappointing I've seen in a long time.

I actually liked the characters early on, but now, I want to strangle most of them, especially the little girl and the heroine of the OVA.

NOOOOOOOOO!!! Halfway through 26 and the STUPIDEST POSSIBLE THING HAPPENED. FREAKING HORRIBLE WRITING. HORRIBLE.

Finished. Sigh.

This is a weird series. The filler episodes are far, far, far better than the plot episodes. Some of the plot episodes have some of the worst storyline/writing of anything I've ever watched in my entire life.

I'm happy to finally be forever done with this series.
