Clipshow. No reason to watch at all unless you really need to see performances from the series again and a pointless side story about Juri running to the concert hall.

This is the event mentioned in the parent series' 145th episode.

It's exactly what its name suggests: A music awards show hosted by Akari, Sumire, and Hinaki. If you're not interested in a fictional parody equivalent of the Grammy Awards, then there's no point in bothering with it. It is nice to have a number of the performances (which are taken from seasons 2 & 3) available in one place instead of having to hunt them down episode by episode though, as they're one of this show's main draws.

Unlike the previous movie, this one doesn't seem to occur at a specific point in the main series beyond "after episode 147" (which is when Luminas gets its name) and "before episode 152" (which is when the third season ends). May as well just watch it as a sort of stand-alone after completing the third season, since watching it in-between 147 and 152 would break the series' narrative flow and the post-credits scene leads right into the fourth season.

So, so salty.

Calling this a 'clipshow' is an extreme disservice. It's a fully realized awards show, no different from any actual live-action one you'd see on TV (the exception being that the award categories here aren't serious).
