Introducing your new fish
There are various methods to introduce your new fish, the slower the process the better.
We will cover the basic introduction.
Once you have your fish home place the bag in the aquarium or pond and leave for 30 minutes. (if in an aquarium turn your light off)
After 30 min remove the elastic band and take half a cup of water from your aquarium or pond and pour in to the bag. Leave the bag for 15min then repeat the process every 15minuites for 1 hour.
This helps the new fish get used to the different water chemistry of the aquarium or pond.
