Order Processing
Should you place an order for an item that is not currently in stock, you will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days to discuss alternative ordering options! Our typical processing for in stock items can range from 2 to 10 business days for small packages and 6 to 15 days for larger items. Your order is then shipped from our Phoenix Warehouse via UPS Ground Service. We do not ship internationally (including Canada & Mexico).

ArizonaPottery.com does not guarantee a delivery date on any order. We strive to process, package and ship your order as promptly as possible but sometimes there are processing delays. During our busy season March-August and Holidays, we are working under a greater volume of shipments that may cause orders to be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Any special circumstances concerning this information must be discussed directly with a Customer Service Representative. If there are any issues with the order such as credit card number, mailing address or missing information, we will try to notify you within 2 days to resolve the issue.
