The Atlassian Foundation has a range of policies and procedures to support us in achieving our mission. We are committed to ethical behaviour that is aligned with our values and complies with all relevant state, territory and commonwealth laws.

Safeguarding Against Financial Abuse Policy

We are committed to taking all reasonable efforts to ensure any financial or non-financial resources are not being directed towards terrorist activities and to mitigate against financial abuse, including fraud, theft, misappropriation, money laundering and the misuse of funds and corruption in the transfer of funds from Atlassian Foundation International Limited (AFIL) or Atlassian Foundation Australia (AFA).

Child and Adult Safeguarding Policy

The Atlassian Foundation is committed to promoting and protecting the welfare and human rights of all people that we interact with or are affected by our work. We have no tolerance for abuse, neglect or exploitation. This policy provides guidance to our personnel and project partners on how we implement survivor-centric and Child Safe principles and practices.

Safeguarding Code of Conduct

The Safeguarding Code of Conduct is to be signed and acknowledged by all AFIL and Atlassian staff before visiting children as part of an AFIL project or program.

Your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you.

Conflicts of Interest Policy

The Conflicts of Interest Policy helps board members of AFIL effectively identify, disclose and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest in order to protect the integrity of AFIL and manage risk.

Whistleblower Policy

Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that AFIL Personnel and Collaboration Partners can report undesirable behaviours such as unethical, unlawful, fraudulent or other misconduct, anonymously and confidentially without fear of intimidation, retaliation or adverse employment action being taken against them.
